not24get @msabbee i was so mad this morning when i sent your bag. Its snowin here in boston n when i get to post office one of the lady was givin me a hard time. I ask for a tiny piece of tape so i can tape the label in the box n she was like we dont provide tape n she want me to buy the whole tape. I was like i have alot at home just that i was running late n didnt bring it with me. The. She said i cant mail it bc my label was print yesterdy, i told her i dotn have a printer at home so my husband have to print it at worrk so i cant mail it last nite. Se wont let me mail it so i have to drive to a diff post office to mail it. Damm she was mean

msabbee Awww sorry to hear that ;( she prolly didn't get any last night hehe kidding lol! Yah that's bs if I were you, I would complain or write a letter to them. That's what I usually do customer service is a must. I work for big company health care who handles 5-6 big hospitals and plus hundreds of clinics so our customer service is a must coz we get in trouble when our press gainey is so bad.. So in 'my experience if I get bad customer service outside I always call n speak to their supervisor and write them a letter. But then that's just me ;)... I'm sorry that you had to go through that mean witch but then thank you for going through that just for my bag ;) <3 😘
