spoiledbananaan @clairebear999 the waist is loose, however it tapers right below the breast. I guess fitting more like a baby doll dress. It has a hidden elastic waistband, that stretches. When the dress is laying on me, the band is 26-28 inches. However, I attempted to pull the band out and measure it and it went up to 36 inches. I hope it helps. The bottom flows. The dress is much nicer in person. Hope that helps. ☺️
