Top and bottom both have beige/tan under sheer patterned fabric. Thick tank top straps with thin strappy design on back and round neckline. Top part is flowy and flows over waist, bottom flows below. Super cute and flattering fit. Please see close up picture of left chest and shoulder strap where there is a run in the fabric. Barely noticeable while wearing in my opinion, but it's there! Priced accordingly! Perfect summer or fall dress! Measurements are approximate and taken while the dress is lying flat... waist 12" (but is stretchy) ... pit to pit 17"... top of shoulder to bottom of dress 30" ish... Buying as is, no returns.
