elizabean @mommamia315 hi! i'd say probably 4 to 8, but depends on your shape. could work for some 10s. i was a 4/6 when i purchased - thought i needed the m for boobs. chest and hips fit great but also could have accommodated a size or two larger as well given how they stretch, but the waist was too big. i have a very defined waist though.

elizabean @beccaj46 probably depends on your band size. i was a 32dd when i bought it and it fit well with room to stretch a couple more sizes in either band or cup.
