absolute necessity for summer can be dressed up or down the length of the dress is adjustable just pull it up or down (i prefer it a bit higher so i get like a ruching effect on the waist) i’ve also worn it as a almost maxi skirt before excellent condition only worn a handful of times purchased from a boutique in NYC so the brand is called “Black/Bead” not sure of the size but it would best fit a small (that is my size and it fits me) mannequin dimensions pictured
