sweet kizz cardigan

sweet kizz tan/beige vintage y2k boho beachy cardigan shrug. theres two long strings to tie up the cardigan in front. the sleeves are flared at the wrist. i think this is a size XL in girls but could fit a size medium in womens size too? im not sure so the measurements are in photos.
