trinitymccord1 @bitsnjax Here's an american apparel skirt, i was wondering if you can tel me if it fits sort of like this. Tight at the top and loose at the bottom? High waisted?

bitsnjax @trinitymccord1 I've had one of these skirts for tennis. The yellow is stretch waist and is snug through hip area not tight and the bottom is more given. I'm under 5'7 and it isn't to short at all. I wore it when I was heavier and it still fits me. Hope this is what your looking for.
