this tessuto vintage poet blouse is from the 1990s when ruffled sleeves and shirt hems were the trend. However, the style is romantically timeless. It has a front tie. the print reminds me of an English garden. this top is of rayon and polyester blend. It is dry clean only but is in like new condition. Apparently it is rare as usually this brand makes men's clothing.
