tibi US Women's Size XS Merlot purple red cold shoulder dress with beautiful floral embroidered edge cut out at the bottom on both sides. There are bra snaps to keep your straps in place so they do not show. The material tag is missing but it feels like cotton or a cotton blend. This would be a lovely dress to wear to an event or as a wedding guest. Great condition.
