true vintage y2k japanese designer dress

milkmaid-style mini dress with corset-like waist. pink floral lace overlay, satin-like lining. Japanese designer LIZ LISA. a friend purchased this new in Tokyo circa 2005, and gifted to me years later. it's hard to let go of, but it's never quite fit me right. some yellowing/ staining on waistband and white top part, but could probably be cleaned out. light pilling on top blouse part. not sure of Japanese sizing, but would best fit S/ US 4.
