this is a turquoise cross body purse. it does have a orange paint stain on the front as seen in some pictures, but i'm sure if you wash it it'll come out. its super cute with lots of zippers and storage space. if you have any questions, please let me know!

americantan Maybe if you checked the bra before sending it out you would have seen the armpit stains? And the cut in the back? I washed the stains out but I couldn’t fix the cut. I blocked your main account because I didn’t want to deal with defective items or the wrong packaging again, there are plenty of other buyers on Poshmark who will purchase from you. Then you continue to argue with me saying I’m childish and immature because you didn’t inspect it.

americantan Why would I want to continue business with somebody who made me overpay for shipping and doesn’t check items? Just because somebody says something is never worn doesn’t mean you don’t have to inspect it. And I’m still waiting for Posh to answer back, they said in the future buyers can refuse packages if they don’t want to pay. Did it not occur to you that I tried washing it? How would else would I be able to take those pictures.

thekidsposhzone @lolayoo it's just that there's a cut on the bottom and we looked at the pictures we took after you opened a case and there were no cuts. then it seems suspicious that you later blocked us

americantan @thekidsposhzone Why is it suspicious that I blocked you. You keep continuing to contact me blaming me for your mistakes. I only took pictures of the armpit stains when I made the case because I didn’t see the cut yet. I admit I should have taken pictures of the whole thing like I usually do but I forgot.

americantan I’ve bought maybe 200 items on Poshmark and I’ve never had this experience with the packaging. I also have the right to be suspicious when something as described as never worn but is completely different. Most sellers of defective items admit it was a mistake but you keep blaming me as a buyer

thekidsposhzone @lolayoo actually, you blocked us right when we received your return. not when we questioned you. we were just curious as to why there were stains in the photos you complained about, but no stains on the bra you returned. we didn't know you washed it because you didn't tell us until after we contacted you through our other account.

thekidsposhzone @lolayoo the stains were our mistake, i'll admit. we should've checked the inside of the bra before we sent it out or uploaded it on poshmark, but we were told it was basically new without tags and had never been worn, and just by looking at it, it looks brand new.

thekidsposhzone @lolayoo you're saying that a normal seller would admit their defects on their product but we didn't even know about the stains so it's hard for us to admit it. we saw the photos which was enough proof to see that there was stains, and we apologized numerous times.

thekidsposhzone @lolayoo also, we didn't make you "overpay" for shipping. it was truly an accident because we ordered the wrong envelopes, so we threw them out and got new ones.
