23 1/2 inches in length Waste 13 and three-quarter inch Hip 19 1/4 inch There is one pulled stitch 3 inches up from the hem on the left side and also 3 inches up from the hem on the right side On the slit in the back there is also one pulled stitch photographed The size tag in the Skirt indicates a 10 I believe it fits more like an 8 but please just double check the measurements
