unique hi-low skirt ~ has bells on strings!

i’ve held onto this skirt for years because it’s so unique, but i’ve never worn it so it’s time to pass it on! it’s very flattering on, has a unique blue/green/being tie dye/ splatter color, AND the little gold ends on the strings are bells!! they make noise 🤩 lol pls ask questions and send reasonable offers ! :) my size for reference : 🖤 5’4, 113 lbs, 32d - 24- 35 (00-2)
