This is a beautiful designer skirt, made and sold in NYC. Flattering fit, material wears well to the body. Tie wrap in a knot or bow. The material is sturdy although silky, more linen-like. in perfect condition, worn once. It appears to be some time of rayon, tags removed, designer unknown. Falls to shins, size M.
