marloshops2000 There is NO Michael Kors backpack designed like this. Michael Kors backpacks do not have a top zipper. Straps are faux leather. Extra shiny lining with bumpy logo. No authenticity tag sewn into the side lining with date code, model number and country of origin. Whoever sold you this item owes you a full refund. Counterfeit merchandise is prohibited.
