jerseyshoressss @emilyplodzeen yes i cuff my jeans or i just sew the bottoms of my pants! but i’m not really good at measurements i can give you mine so u can see if that’s them, they’re high rise and sit on my upper hips im 4’11 don’t have to cuff these ones my waist is 23-24 inches
