bought from etsy seller mariapozo back in 2008, was so happy with her work I had these custom made from vintage fabric, brocade spats that slip over booties with an elastic band beneath and lace up with a thick black satin ribbon. please see last pic for reference, pair is identical except for fabric (also for sale).
