vintage 1990s one of a kind hand beaded dress handkerchief hem size extra small

Worn twice in the last 25 years I’ve had it, due to its age it does have some missing sequins (pictured) but anyone with some sewing skills can easily replace. I’ve scoured the internet and can’t find another one of these gorgeous dresses. Bought in 1999 for a high school dance. Very flattering and eye catching!
