vintage 50s taffeta eyelet dance dress full skirt

taffeta bodice 16” from top of shoulder to waist has gathering at 32” bust, center back talon metal zip (zips all the way up, but dress form is bigger than 32.”). spaghetti straps with 4.75” wide over straps that may either be tied at neck in halter (photo 6 & 7)or tacked to bodice back as shown in cover photo & photo 5 (& if you prefer it that way, I will tack it down at back for you). 25” max waist gathered into full skirt. skirt is eyelet allowing geranium faille underskirt to peek through. under skirt peeks slightly below overskirt (see photo 2 & 3). hips to 46” bc of cut of underskirt. skirt is 29.5” long. right over strap has pinhole in it (photo 11). center front underskirt also has pin hole & faint white smudges (photo 12). underskirt is ever so slightly faded-hard to photo (photo 13). no body smells or sweat stains; doesn’t appear to be worn. small flaws for dress this age & priced accordingly
