vintage 60s Colin Glascoe British designer cotton velvet paisley dress

fabulous 60s likely cotton velvet psychedelic paisley in brilliant acid green ground with orange, red, purple, lavender & turquoise paisley dress is 39” long (above knee for many), bust is to 39,” waist is 33,” hips to 40.” sleeves are darted at elbow. 5 covered buttons down center front bodice, 2 at 21” long sleeves with partially gathered sleeve heads. Colin Glascoe is rare to find in US, so while there are flaws listed below, it’s still in very wearable & possibly festive condition. both underarms are repaired a bit clumsily from inside(photos 9, 10 & 11). but fine from outside. 2 tiny dots on right front bust well hidden by pattern (photo 7).repair to right side waist(photo 8), again hidden by pattern. bodice & skirt are lined (likely acetate), sleeves are not. this is in no way a US 14; vintage runs much smaller & English sizing is different. please go by measurements & ask any questions.
