vintage 70s black ground floral off the shoulder ruffle dress w/sash

fabulous mostly cotton blend 70s dress with 7” deep ruffle to be worn on or off shoulder. set in 5” long waist detail is 31” at high waist (where your bra band/ribcage is) 28” at natural waist. lined skirt has graceful 108” sweep at lower edge. bust to 37,” length of dress is 40,” removable sash is 2” wide & 64” long. label cut out, but you can see it’s hand washable. zips up back. only flaw I see is the thread loop that the hook goes into at center back top is gone-easy fix if you wanted it again.
