vintage 70s gingham & floral balloon sleeve dress w/ruffle

super cute dress. fabric is almost seer-sucker. I think it’s a blend, but predominately cotton. elastic at sleeves has list its bounce, but still looks great/holds the shape of the sleeve. dolman sleeves/bodices like this are impossible to measure, but it fits me (36”) & the mannequin (35”) well. high waist to 32,” hips 60,” length is 50.” zips up back. there was lace on bodice, but it was torn. I mended 4 tiny holes left by this (photos 5 & 6)& you can just see where it inserted into the bodice/skirt seam(photo 7), but this in minor.
