vintage 70s panne velvet 1930s influenced panne velvet Foxy Lady dress

panne velvet in a blend of rayon & acetate, in a cut evocative of the 1930s. Art Deco stylized full blown deep yellow roses on black ground, fitted around ribcage gradually becoming fuller by the hem. gathered bust, 15” zip up center back. this is in no way the 7 it is tagged, but an xs: bust is 33” max, waist stretches from 23-26,” hips to 36” max, length is 50” in front & 52” in back. repair to center front between bust (photo 8), repair to skirt at hem of center front (photos 9 & 10) these are barely discernible, but so you know. exceptionally cool dress sold AS IS & in very good wearable shape for the right person.
