There’s a small button in the back to open the neckline. Incredible pre owned vintage condition! Made for Saks Fifth Ave. marked size 10 which estimated modern size is medium. For reference I am 5 2 and typically wear a modern small to medium. This shirt fit slight large on me but didn’t mind it.
