vintage 90s evan picone semi sheer maxi dress size women’s 10

in excellent used condition for age. top is sheer, there’s just white fabric on my mannequin. flower can be unpinned. pit to pit is about 18” and length is about 38” very small faint spot shown in last photo. would be perfect for prom or a wedding! make an offer:)
