vintage Bicci by Florine Wachter tan tie-waist blazer

Tan tie-waist blazer. Tie is a contrasting darker color (light brown) in a faux suede material. Body of blazer is 100% wool. Pleated at the waist, with hidden snap closure and a second snap higher up (like where you would have a modesty snap on a wrap shirt). Has thick shoulder pads, suggesting this is 80s or early 90s. Union tags confirm it's in the 1970s-90s range. Has one light spot on the front (see last photo), in otherwise good condition.
