Lovely classic beautifully smocked pale yellow romper. True Vintage outfit Made by Carriage Boutiques (Friedknit Creations). Smocking is of light blue rocking horses. This sweet romper includes a matching shirt with piping to wear underneath which allows it to perfect for more formal occasions as well as everyday play. It is sized 18Months but please see photos for exact measurements as it is a vintage garment. There are no known flaws.
