vintage Circle T Marilyn Lenox satin lacy western blouse S

Vintage and preowned but in very good condition. I saw a tiny spot on one of the ruffled cuffs. No size tag. No fabric contact tag. Feels like a polyester satin with lace and pearl detail. Puffy sleeves and ruffled cuffs. Shoulder pads. The blouse measures 23 inches long and about 17 inches across the front measured under the arm holes. I think this is about a size 6-8.
