Size PETITE. Black coach belt with gold buckle in size Petite. Some wear and tarnish on the gold buckle, and leather also shows signs of wear as pictured. Width is just under 1 inch, total length including buckle is 30.5”, length from smallest hole to buckle is 22.5”, largest hole is 26.5”. Super versatile, great for using as a regular belt or waist belt! I bought this off another seller but it is too small for me. Hoping to give to another lovely home!

kathartic Hi, are you able to share a better closeup of the leather warping near the holes and also a photo showing the edge seam there? Wondering how the stitching will hold up down the line if it’s not a single strip of leather, idk how to explain haha hope that makes sense!

ktpurty @kathartic I think I know what you mean! I added some pics to try and show the condition around the holes and on the side. There is minimal warping, and no separation of leather in any area. I’d say there is a lot of life left in this belt!

kathartic @ktpurty thank you for doing that! I can’t see too clearly if the edge has a siding to it? Or is it just the black leather attached to the backing but the black dye is only on the surface?

ktpurty @kathartic honestly I think it is just one piece of leather, that is dyed black on one side. I also can’t see two separate pieces of leather on the side, to me it looks like one strip. But I could be wrong. Let me know if additional pics may help — happy to take others if you think it’ll help!

kathartic @ktpurty thank you so much for doing that! I’ve never bought vintage leather to wear before and I’m wondering if bending it when the leather is older and stiffer means those wrinkles will eventually crack? 😅 does it feel soft or hard to the touch?

ktpurty @kathartic it feels soft to the touch. I don’t see any signs of cracking nor does it feel like it’ll happen any time soon. The leather is in good condition for its age for sure!
