True vintage! Wonderful 4th of July sweater vest cardigan by Northern Isles. These are in great condition with some VERY slight fading typical only of age. Front has the most adorable images including fireworks, apple pie, cherries, a bear holding a flag, bell, etc. Buttons are little red plastic stars.
