vintage Guatemala MILAGRO SILVER COIN NECKLACE Butterfly Bee Deer Duck Quetzal This is for a pretty vintage handmade Guatemalan Chachal coin pendant, double chains and multiple milagros necklace. The pendant is made of a large Guatemala 1895, 0.900 sterling silver pecos coin. Mounted atop the large coin are 2 antlered deer and large leaves, smaller coins edge the center coin and hanging below dangle what appears to be 2 ducks and a rooster (?) milagro charm. Milagro charms hanging from the double chains are paired with 20C silver 5 centavos coins. The milagro charms are wonderful and some not commonly seen, 2 of each, butterfly, bee or flying insect, what looks like a dove bird, antlered deer, chickens or duck, and nearest to the jump ring a pair of Queztal birds. Quetzal bird is the national bird of Guatemala. Beautiful pre-owned condition. No loss or damage that I can see. Measures approx.28" around the neck loop (14" doubled), pendant approx. 4" long w/o large jump ring, approx. 18-1/2" long overall when doubled & measured end to end.
