vintage Jody T California 70s pink gingham maxi dress XS 0 prairie ruffle puff

vintage 1970s dress by Jody T of California. In excellent vintage condition, there are a few marks, please view photos where I have these circled. The material and tags are very crisp and it does not seem very worn at all. Marked a vintage size 5, but it is like a modern size 0. Lying flat I measured the chest at about 15" across, though there is some smocking on the bust. I measured the waist lying flat at about 13" across and the hip at about 17.5" across. Approx. 54.5" long. Pink and white gingham with white eyelet ruffle detail on neckline front and back and trim at cuffs. Short puff sleeve with functional and still stretchy elastic. Back zip. 65% poly 35% cotton.
