vintage Phool bright boho floral sundress size medium

What a great dress from Phool. Bright bold floral print. Made in India circa 1970s 1980s. Lightweight cotton, petal hem with tons of swing. Smocked elastic bodice and adjustable shoulder straps. Labeled size medium. Approximate measurements are: 15” across at underarm unstretched 14” across at waist Length from waist to hem varies from 30” to 34” In excellent vintage condition. Note - when found, dress had metal rings on the shoulder straps. I’ve replaced them with clear plastic rings to better match the clear plastic sliders. The replacement rings are made for use with clothing (usually on lingerie).
