vintage Robert Anthony black sequined cutout dress 10

Preowned and vintage but in very good condition. I believe this dress is from the 1990s. Tag size says 10 but this is a vintage size so it is I believe smaller in today’s sizes. I’m thinking a 6-8? Please see pictures for measurements. There is a part of the hem of the dress on the inside that is coming undone a bit.
