[vintage] Sterling Silver Purple Sunstone Ring - Size 6.5

Vintage Sterling Silver Purple Sunstone Ring - purchased from a local silversmith years ago. Well cared for since, with normal signs of wear - most notable wear/scuffing has been circled in one of the photos. Large marquise-shaped sunstone measures approximately 28mm x 12mm (5mm depth). This ring is a size 6.5 (see photos of ring mandrel) & is quite substantial, weighing approximately 11g. Band width of approximately 5mm. 
Stamped .925 (see photos). Photos taken in both natural & artificial lighting.
