vintage TUGBURROW by Richard blck&silver 80s sequin party dress SIZE SMALL

i got from a second hand shop and wore to a theme party yearrrrs ago. i don't even have the pictures anymore from my old laptop :( 100% silk.. no odor..i don't know what that stuff is on the neck lining on the back, maybe makeup? came like this when i got it but it doesn't smell or anything funky lol
