𝅺vintage Woodmere 38 Long Open Vest

This is one interesting vintage long vest style Woodmere cardigan style coat? I'm not to sure what to call this. It has a very long unusable zipper that wraps all the way around the vest. Plush on the insdie and reverse hem. There is one picture that appears to be a sewing issue where the binding meets. Has buttons at the pit area. Pit to pit is 22" 38" long V000040
