vintage blue tunic blouse 6-12m

On the label it says it is for 6 to 9 months however this does fit up to my 12 month old child. It is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It is adorable and made by the brand little bitty. It is very comfortable and lightweight. Is perfect for summer.
