1990s vintage crushed velvet navy blue and black spaghetti strap dress with asymmetrical midi hem with fringe In excellent condition. Fabric has a swirled zebra-like pattern. Dress has a lining, which doesn't come all the way down to the hem. Zipper in back with eye and hook closure at top. Material is 65% rayon, 35% polyester. Gently used, in excellent condition.
