vintage floral dress

the cutest vintage, short sleeve, botanical midi dress in a sage green color with soft green and yellow accents. it has a tie in back, shoulder pads that would easily be removable, and pleating on the bodice. very 90s. tag says it's size 12-14, would fit a modern day medium. see photos with measurements. brand is chorus line. there's a small line of tears near the bottom of the dress, only noticeable from the inside of the dress (see last photo)
