vintage green cop copine dress

Extremely rare vintage cop copine hoop dress in green. I’ve only ever seen 1 other one ever listed. Comes with a fuzzy moss looking green bolero that can tie up. Has 3 layers of hoops. This dress is in very great condition, has 2 small stains, one I didn’t notice until inspecting, can post pictures if wanted. Has been stored for a year and a half, which is why I’m selling it. I never wear it. This dress is just crazy and beautiful. It’s so difficult to sell this. Size small, can fit up to a large (really stretchy).
