This dress is so small only a child could wear it LOL. Vintage folks amirite? Selling as is to be upcycled for it’s gorgeous fabric/the collar and buttons. There is a sun damage spot on the velvet. That could be cut out but the fabric is strong and study. Also some staining on the collar. It needs to be soaked. Would be great to reupholster a chair/stool. Just gonna see if anyone else wants it before I add it to my project pile.
