vintage handmade handbag with plastic tortoise-shell top handle

this hand-made handbag is pretty darn perfect. made of a soft cotton material – fabric is mostly red with some blue, green, orange & white vertical stripes. has a plastic tortoise shell top handle. secure velcro closure at the top of bag. made of cotton fabric, plastic tortoise shell handles and velcro closure. measures 9 1/2 (height) x 11 1/2 (width) inches. in very excellent vintage condition.
