vintage handmade patchwork velvet maxi skirt

luscious texture, heavy velvet, just so so gorgeous, found at a vintage shop in joshua tree, selling because too big a couple of small marks and pulling threads, as seen in the last photo, but generally in incredible condition flat measurements: - waist: 16.5" - length: 40" fit notes: i am 5'3" and have a 30" waist and the bottom of the skirt drags on the ground if i am barefoot/wearing flats price firm bc i'm not in a hurry to sell, i love her so much please feel free to ask questions!
