vintage pleated print tiered retro circle skirt

vintage. i never wore it! it says its a 13/14 but i think it's not that big. it's probbaly more like a modern size 10-12. waist 32-ish. the pleating details are great as you can see there are multi-tiered pleating perfect condition no lining, see pictures for closure details
