vintage retro Mr. John Red white blue necklace

vintage 1960’s plastic collar necklace Preowned and could be almost 60 years old! The original tag is attached. Overall this necklace is in very good condition. I did picture some spots of discoloration on the white plastic. The spots are towards the back of the necklace.
