vintage suede button jacket ( 60+ years )

very old army green suede jacket. green lining, 2 pockets. the zip in lining is gone. no make tags or size. i’d say maybe a medium. there’s a spot by shoulder, see pic. i don’t want to do anything to it but could probably be cleaned. good condition considering it’s age!
