flowy black peasant blouse top with slit sleeves, shirring at bust/around shoulders, strings to tie in bows at sleeve cuffs. can be worn on or off shoulder. material is sheer except around bust due to gathering. purchased ~2001, making it true #y2k vintage style. worn only once or twice. in excellent vintage condition. can't see any flaws, no snags or holes anywhere. brand is 2 Much LA. size Medium, could also fit a Small bust unstretched is 22" stretched fits up to 36-38" comfortably sleeves 26" from top of shoulder 100% polyester machine wash cold pretty flexible stylewise, could go cottagecore, fairycore, goth it up, whimsigoth, boho peasant look, etc etc from a smoke-free house with a kitty- I wash and lint-roll everything before shipping.
