Vintage 2000s y2k dress from Emergency Exit. Floral print dress in light blue color. Very wide scooping peasant top neckline. Small puffed cap sleeves. There is a tie on the front of neckline to gather the fabric. The fabric has give to it. It is marked a size medium but fits a bit small, please use measurements. CONDITION Great vintage condition.
