such a unique cool vintage piece . elastic back band waist . POCKETS! love a skirt with pockets . i believe this skirt is 90s vintage . a cream yellow with purple and freak green leaves . no fabric or care tag - but my guess burst by look and feel it’s likely a cotton , rayon blend .
